ALL SALES ARE DEEMED ABSOLUTELY FINAL.

No returns or cancellations will be accepted, ever.
Refunds are at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
We assess each case and customer on their own merit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipped.
Transaction fees are non-refundable.

Long-Term Business:
We would like to point out that all buyers on our site are valued by me & the company as long term business prospects. We want all customers to turn into people that return on a regular basis & think of us first for all their needs. For this reason we always carry out our products and packaging/shipping process with utmost care and attention to detail with the customer in mind. Our goal is to make you so happy you feel the urge to spread the good word, allowing us to grow.
 
Website Fees:
We pay website/transaction fees for every order placed on the website that are non-refundable for us. Canceled orders will be refunded in full MINUS our transaction fees (9.8% of the total order).

Don't Be A Silly Goose:
Sadly, pathetically, weekly, lovely people attempt to scam the company. With such a large and diverse customer base, it is only natural. I have been in this scene every day of my life for nearly a decade. I have seen every scam and trick in the book countless times. I understand them all, and can spot them from a mile away every single time. No scam will EVER work or be tolerated. You will be permanently banned from Coil Clout, all our umbrella/sister companies, and all the other top sites operating, ex-communicating you from the entire industry as we all share information regarding scammers. All attempts will be futile. Do not embarrass yourself, do not be an opportunist, do not get banned from the community, it's not worth it.

Issue With Order:
If you feel there is an issue with your order, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
We photograph ALL orders prior to shipping. A clear picture of the entirety of your order MUST be photographed including the products, packing slip(s), box, and anything and everything else you received. If you cannot provide these, we cannot provide further assistance.

Shipping/Turn-Around Times:
We ship Monday - Saturday
We work Monday - Sunday
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed 99% of the time, though on rare occasions, some orders may take longer. ALL orders will ALWAYS be shipped as fast as possible.

Unless a substantial amount of time has passed (5+ days) with no tracking/shipping updates and we have not reached out to you informing you of the situation, especially during a big sale, please do not reach out to us inquiring about the status of your order. This only serves to slow us down and does nothing to speed up the process. Thank you.


ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION:
Route Package Protection (Shipping Insurance) is automatically selected at checkout and required for all orders. If you unselect Route, and a problem occurs in transit, no returns/refunds will be granted. Route costs $.98 cents under $100 or 1.5% of the total order value over $100. Well, well worth it.
Route Package Protection is a 3rd party service that gives you the option to insure your package for as little as $.98 (98 cents).

In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, Route will either send a new order out to you or reimburse you for the totality of what you've paid (minus the fee you've paid for Route).

A vast majority of customers use this option as it gives them even more peace of mind when ordering. Unselecting Route at checkout is at your own risk. Orders not insured with Route will not be refunded or replaced if the package goes missing.

International + Route:
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST INCLUDE OUR SHIPPING INSURANCE OR YOUR ORDER WILL EITHER BE CANCELLED, NOT REFUNDED, or NOT REPLACED if a problem occurs. We highly suggest using Route Shipping Insurance on ALL orders, big or small.

We also highly suggest using Express Shipping. It costs more as it is a door to door and will arrive in 1-5 days depending on your region. It is well worth the cost in my opinion.

Order Status:
When your order is placed you will receive an email or text confirmation letting you know we have received the order and are getting it ready for you. If you do not receive an immediate order confirmation, don't panic. An incorrect email or phone number was likely provided and can be fixed on our end.

As soon as your order ships you'll receive another notification from us which will include a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update and become available.

If you haven’t received another update within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at CoilClout@Gmail.com with your name and order number and we will immediately  look into it for you

Damaged during installation:
We strictly offer flawless builds. Products damaged during installation or use for any reason at all will never be refunded or replaced under any circumstance no matter what.
Melted coils, permanent hotspots, you name it, are ALL user-error and will never warrant a refund or reship. Asking will be futile. For help using/installing our products contact us immediately via email and we'll be happy to help! Do not repeat the same mistake multiple times causing you to ruin all your coils. If something goes wrong the first time, simply reach out to me and i'll get you squared away.

We do not guarantee our products will work with your specific gear. It is impossible for us to do so. It is up to you to do the research and use your best judgment. For example: If you purchase coils that are too large for your intended atomizer or buy coils with leads that don't work with your device, this is on you, and you may not request a refund/return/replacement as none will be given.

Lost in Transit:
In the event that your package is "hanging" in transit (the tracking information is no longer being updated) contact us and let us know. If your package is never marked as delivered we will reship your order free of charge.

Delayed in Transit:
Packages delayed in transit will not be reshipped unless the package's tracking has stopped updating and the package is lost. Most packages arrive on time without a hitch, but in some rare cases, for one reason or another, some packages experience delays. We know this can be frustrating but please remember any delays or mishaps with the post office are out of our control and we will always do everything in our power to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and we will never leave you hanging.

Returned to Sender:
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to sender you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the package.
All shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable. 

Delivered:
Orders marked as “Delivered” will not be refunded or replaced under any circumstance. Please be aware of when your order is arriving and be ready to receive the package. If your order is marked as delivered and did not show up, go down to your local post office with the tracking number and shipping updates in hand and politely explain the situation and request them to GPS locate where the lost package was dropped off so it can be retrieved and delivered to you. 

International Orders:
We offer DISCOUNTED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES for all international orders. We strongly suggest using the UPS EXPRESS option as your delivery method.

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS! 
Any international orders without Route will be canceled or not replaced.

International orders must have 21 days between tracking updates before an insurance claim can be made with Route Package Protection
