Suggested cleaning steps:
-Remove Cotton
-Carefully dry burn (do not lean on fire button/melt)
-Blow away any gunk you can
-Let cool to room temperature
-Brush off gunk with toothbrush, NOT a metal brush.
-Repeat Dryburn / blow / Let cool until clean
-Rinse with water
-Prosper
After cleaning and before re-wicking, be sure to check the builds are glowing evenly and there are no hotspots
