"BLEM":
There is a supposed, inconsequential, minuscule cosmetic imperfection on a meager percentage of the Voltrove 1.1 BORO. The blemish is completely unnoticeable 99.99% of the time, if at all, and does not impact the device's performance in any way whatsoever.
Why we offer a "Blemished" product:
Mistakenly, the MFG used by Voltrove accidentally added a small batch of imperfect 1.1s into an enormous batch of perfect 1.1s. To save money and time on closely re-inspecting, re-cleaning, and re-packing all the items, a deal was struck, and ALL 1.1s are being sold as blems and for over $40.00 under the retail price even though virtually ALL are flawless.
In the end, this situation was extremely serendipitous for us all. Of the 500+ units personally sold and inspected by CC so far (and likely also inspected by all customers as well), only 2 people have reached out to me letting me know they did receive/locate a 1.1 with a minor cosmetic scratch on the BORO and it does indeed have no impact on the performance.
Frankly, many people purchase one of the 1.1s to see what the "blem" is all about, then realize it is nothing and instantly return and purchase many more, often doubling up on all colors to use with all their devices. This, and due to the total limited inventory remaining, is why we have capped the amount of 1.1s that can be purchased per order at 3
